When I was in I couldn't have a statue made of metal or stone for obvious reasons. Now I had, and still have, altar cards which can be gotten reasonably cheap. While searching around for Tsa'Tsa moulds so I can work on my preliminary practices, and learning how to spell that word properly I might add, I found http://tsatsastudios.org and their idea of using rubber to make the statues to provide to inmates http://tsatsastudio.org/prisoners.htm. The actual moulds end up coming from Nalanda Monestary in France at cost + shipping. I am currently waiting word back from them as to what exactly this is. I don't know if any of you have prelim practices to do, but I have 400k, but one of the things you can do with your finished tsa'tsas is give them away....
