- I believe that transformation is possible. The practice of Awareness, Integration and Intuition is at the core of change, one moment at a time.
Our suffering has left scars on our souls. We are disconnected, lost and orphaned. We are homesick for a more loving and meaningful world.
From each generation we have inherited tales that have sparked our imaginations. We carry these stories into our lives; and in doing so, we also carry the capacity to heal our wounds. When we stop looking for validation from the outside – from our parents, friends or society – and take a leap of faith into our true natures, we begin to really listen and believe in our own natural abilities. It is at this point that we begin the journey toward wholeness.
When we return to our roots, we return to our spiritual heart and it is here we can find integration and attunement. We do this through the discipline of awakening awareness and limitless learning. We experience the success of walking step by step through our own hero's journey so that we can ultimately give back what we ourselves thought we had lost...and then miraculously found again.
