I am a Yoga teacher, co-founder and Executive Director of The Mothering Wheel Nonprofit Org. Our mission is to provide yoga and healing to all people in all communities. We teach Yoga to women and children in shelters, schools, detention centers and prisons and more.
I think prison dharma may be an opportunity to gain insight about prisoners, their families and how yoga may be useful for them.
