My Prison Dharma Group or Organization
I am taking steps to start an organization with the objective of providing a progrmam of teaching meditation to prisoners in my home state of Queensland Australia.
Tell us about yourself & your interest in prison dharma: (answer required) .
I am a former criminal defense attorney who has had a life long interest in all the eastern mindfullness traditions. I also have had a longtime interest in physical fitness and have been a serious practitioner of meditation and yoga for the last ten years or so. My interest in PDN is to gain educational and training support in an effort to adequately prepare myself to provide a professionally presented, and effective program of teaching meditation to inmates.

Prison or Dharma Books I Love
The Dharma book that I hold dear to my heart above all others is "Creative Meditation and Multi-Dimensional Consciousness" by Lama Anagarika Govinda. I have read this book at least half a dozen times and get something new out of it each time.
