I have been teaching moving meditation (Qigong) inside Folsom prisons since 1998, and facilitating inter-faith spiritual meditation groups. I also facilitate with Alternatives to Violence (AVP) project in Vacaville, CA prisons.
New project is inviting the world to activate their spiritual energies towards creating prisons of healing and peace through prayer, visualization, metta, and other spiritual methods.
