- I am a Zen Practitioner. My Sangha is in Los Angeles. I am also trained as an instructor of Constructive Living, which is a hybrid of secular Zen philosophy and Naikan (insight meditation). I am a writer and a Life Coach and I do extensive pro bono work as a Coach.
