I am a longtime practitioner of Zen Buddhism, and always admired prison ministries I heard about. I lead several meditation groups (ecumenical) in South Walton County. A friend gave my name to people who had started the meditation group at Okaloosa Correctional Inst., as it was quite far for them to travel, and I took it over in 2010.

HOW TO ADD YOUR PICTURE:
We require that you to add a picture to your profile here to make the class more community-like :).  
Here are the steps to do that:


~Click on “my page” on the top


~Roll your mouse over the picture icon in the upper left.  


~You should see a banner appear on the bottom of your picture that says “change picture”.  


~Click on that, 


~Click browse to upload a photo from your hard drive.
~Make sure to hit save once you’ve chosen your picture.
