I currently work with the Metta Center for nonviolence, we teach principled nonviolence. It was founded by Michael Nagler who founded the peace and conflict studies department at UC Berkeley and who also co-founded the Blue Mountain Meditation center with Eknath Easwaren. Gandhi's constructive programme and nonviolence drives what I do in a nutshell.

Welcome Nicholas!

We're glad you found us. This is a wonderful online community, we hope it serves you.

One great way to get involved is to take our Path of Freedom Facilitator's training webinar coming up in May.  Our webinar offers loads of information and techniques to bring to a prison meditation group.

We're looking forward to seeing your posted pictures, video's, blogs, discussion, topics, etc. Please let us know if you have any questions about the site or check out the "help" section at the top of the page.

Please post a picture of yourself on the site.  Profile pictures support our Prison Dharma Network's community feeling.

Thanks and welcome aboard!

Warmly,

Carter ~ PDN Staff
