- Beginning group. I am working in lockdown medium security, mens facility doing substance abuse treatment and behavior modification. We use a therapeutic community model. Men in this program are asking for a meditation training program for their personal and group use. They are asking me to help the form a Sangha.

- I have been practicing meditation for 12 years. I am a recovering addict and ex felon. I have a strong 12 step background (NA). I have been involved in Shamhala Sangha since 2004. I am a Vajrayana (Werma 2011) practioner, I was a Shambhala guide since 2007. I recently completed Meditation Instructor training in Feb at SMC with Acharaya Dale Asreal
