I am new here as well.

Hi I am brand new here. I have never worked or volunteered in prisons or with prisoners. So why am I here you might ask. Well it is not that easy to answer. Prison reform, prisoner rights, and compassion for people, have always been a part of me. I have worked behind the scenes and in donation areas. Now I find I am ready to do more. I have been a Buddhist for 10 years. I have been interested in prison reform for my entire adulthood. I just have never known what or how I could help. Then I found this site and was hoping that something would jump out at me.
