- I teach meditation and yoga for free in our community's metaphysical store every Saturday. I am a mother of an ex-prisoner and know many friends with kids in juvinile and womens prison. I want to teach them meditation and breathing/stretching exercises for relaxation.

We're glad you found us. This is a wonderful online community, we hope it serves you. Our Path of Freedom training is an excellent way to get started with bringing mindfulness meditation into prisons and juvenile facilities.
