Winter Feast for the Soul at worldwide: private homes and gathering places everywhere

This is the third annual Winter Feast for the Soul: a worldwide forty day spiritual practice period for all people. We hold that a commitment to daily spiritual practice will generate peace in the hearts of those who join us. This peace translates into world peace. It only takes a handful of people to change the world. We can do that! And we invite you and those in your sangha or community to join us: men, women, and children...no matter where you live.

- I am the founder and director of A Winter Feast for the Soul: a worldwide forty day spiritual practice period for all people. On January 15, 2010 we will begin the third Winter Feast. Last year we had 10 men from the Boise Men's Incarceration Center join us in the Winter Feast. Their feedback about the experience was amazing. It was that feedback that made us realize we should extend an invitation to prisoners around the world to be part of the next Winter Feast. The 2009 Feast drew nearly 10,000 participants from 29 countries. Next year will be even bigger. Whether you are a chaplain or a volunteer, or a family member or friend of a prison, we invite you to extend this invitation to prisoners everywhere to join us. The Winter Feast is an non-denominational event. The invitation belongs to all people everywhere.
