- i am retired, in recovery 12 step, insight meditator with irregular practice.
enjoy reading, working with others, mentoring, photography, cooking and writing. first teachers were stephen and ondrea levine which led to hospice volunteer work.
want to have daily practice, take facilitator training, be of assistance to others, especially those restricted in our society.
