This five-day intensive retreat offers a deep plunge into the heart of
authentic leadership, powerful communication and genuine relationship.
This engaging and experiential retreat will include training in a
variety of profound meditation techniques, applied mindfulness, deep
listening, giving and receiving powerful feedback, engaging difficult
conversations, and transforming drama and conflict into creativity.
Participants will also explore personal leadership styles, and strategies
for building effective teams and accessing collective intelligence.

Shambhala Mountain Center is located on 600 acres of pine forests, gentle
meadows and sweeping valleys near Red Feather Lakes in the northern

Acharya Fleet Maull is a senior
teacher in both the Shambhala and
Zen meditation traditions, who has
been practicing meditation since
1971 and teaching internationally

known for the transformative work
he does with businesses and nongovernmental
organizations.
