Bows of gratitude to PDN bloggers

Deep bows of gratitude to PDN bloggers who opened your hearts and minds to respond to my blog re first day at correctional facility. I have incorporated your advice; shortened some meditation periods, paid attention to their squeaky chair signs and added a bit more discussion to the prison visits. As I was leaving the room recently the men said “hey, we really appreciate you coming here”. I can’t describe the feeling that arose in me in seeing this spontaneous practice of gratitude arise and manifest. You all are part of this manifestation. May you all be well, happy and peaceful and thank you.
