Gangaji's free CD for inmates ($15 for the rest of us): "Questions from the Inside" has just been released. Inmates worldwide wrote Gangaji questions from county jails, Federal facilities, even death row. Chris Mohr reads the letters and Gangaji responds. Sometimes Chris asks a followup question. This is Gangaji's opportunity to speak directly to those who are least able to see her in person. Their questions are much like the questions all of us ask, except that they often have a greater intensity and urgency about them. From Ramana Maharshi to Papaji to Gangaji to all of us, the loving transmission of the silent heart is offered free to prisoners by writing to chris@gangaji.org or prison@gangaji.org. If CDs are not allowed, inmates can ask for written transcripts instead. For more information visit http://www.gangaji.org/index.php?modules=content&op=prisonmain

What a great offering! I am so grateful for Gangaji's work. Just a heads-up, in our experience at PDN, generally prisoners are not allowed to receive CDs mailed to them personally (of course there are exceptions). With CDs, DVDs and cassettes, we have had more luck mailing directly to the Chaplain or to a prison librarian or social worker.
I hope this helps!
Warmly,
Carter ~ PDN Staff
